Creamy Pesto Pasta

Don't worry, I won't bombard you with a storytime until the end of the recipe, if I decide I care enough. If you wanna read it, scroll down. Maybe eventually I'll figure out how to code the jump ahead thing.


Ingredients:

  1. ½ pound pasta (I prefer fettuccine)
  2. 3 tablespoons salted butter
  3. 4 cloves of garlic, grated or finely minced
  4. 1 cup heavy cream
  5. ½ cup milk
  6. ¼ cup pesto
  7. ⅓ cup grated parmesan cheese
  8. Seasoning of your choice

Directions:

  1. Cook your pasta:
    1. Just do it how you normally would
  2. Make your sauce:
    1. Heat a large pan over medium heat
    2. Melt butter and add garlic for 30 seconds
    3. Pour in the heavy cream, milk, and pesto. Stir and cook for 1 minute. Turn heat to low, then add in the parmesan cheese. Stir until it is melted
  3. Finish up:
    1. Add noods to the sauce and EAT IT UP
