Creamy Pesto Pasta
Don't worry, I won't bombard you with a storytime until the end of the recipe, if I decide I care enough. If you wanna read it, scroll down. Maybe eventually I'll figure out how to code the jump ahead thing.
Ingredients:
- ½ pound pasta (I prefer fettuccine)
- 3 tablespoons salted butter
- 4 cloves of garlic, grated or finely minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ½ cup milk
- ¼ cup pesto
- ⅓ cup grated parmesan cheese
- Seasoning of your choice
Directions:
- Cook your pasta:
- Just do it how you normally would
- Make your sauce:
- Heat a large pan over medium heat
- Melt butter and add garlic for 30 seconds
- Pour in the heavy cream, milk, and pesto. Stir and cook for 1 minute. Turn heat to low, then add in the parmesan cheese. Stir until it is melted
- Finish up:
- Add noods to the sauce and EAT IT UP
