Table for One

I started this because I genuinely love cooking from scratch, but most recipes are written for families of four or dinner parties. I don't always want three days of reheating the exact same casserole, but I still want the experience of making it myself.

This website/blog will be concise. Websites where you have to skip ahead to get to the recipe are stupid and it shouldn’t be that way. If I want to yap about something, I’ll do it AFTER the recipe.
